Rare year type struck for King Ferdinand VII at the Nueva Guatemala Mint (mint mark NG), assayer M. From 1808 to 1810 the silver coinage featured the bust of King Charles III with the titles for Ferdinand VII. During 1808 a rare type was concurrently struck with the Ferdinand VII portrait. Certified by NGC to VF 25, Population Census: this coin, only 3 higher. Very pleasing in hand.
